Sunflower Challenge

Join us for a brilliant challenge this spring and summer! Help us spread joy, sunshine, and support for North London Hospice by growing your very own sunflower from seed. It’s a fun, feel-good way to get involved and make a difference.

To take part, simply order a pack of sunflower seeds. Plant your seeds in a sunny spot, care for them with love and water, and then measure your tallest sunflower by September 1st. You’ll be able to submit your height and a photo by emailing us at fundraising@northlondonhospice.co.uk. We’ll be giving out prizes for the tallest sunflowers. 

Sunflowers hold a special place in the heart of hospice care. With their bright, uplifting faces always turning toward the sun, they symbolise strength, warmth, resilience, and hope. These are the same qualities we aim to bring to our patients and their families every day.
